Logistics Assistant LOGISTICS ASSTHE ROLE:We are looking for a Logistics Assistant to join our Studio team in Milan.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:Assist and support the Logistics team with any task needed including unpacking, organization and repacking of samples and deliveries, for Menswear, Kidswear and LifeEnsuring all logistics areas are kept organizedEnsure and advocate that all product as well as samples are handled with careEnsure all internal and external orders arrive accordinglyEnsure the data regarding all the orders and goods within the photo studio is organized and updated at all timesAssist the logistics team throughout all stages of the logistic cycle including the inventory processProactively think of ways to improve efficiency and support its implementationYOUR QUALIFICATIONS:Previous experience working within a logistic facility/a showroom/an e-commerce/in retailExtremely organized and reliable, able to work with and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentEnglish skills, verbal and written, are mandatoryExcel and Google sheets knowledge is mandatoryWHO WE AREMytheresa is one of the leading global digital luxury shopping platforms.
