**Role Description

The Logistics Associate Specialist is responsible for the Logistics support activities for the local Italian affiliate, with direct report to the Head of Supply Chain Italy and will work together with other team members focusing on Logistics activities in order to guarantee in Market product flows to end customers in compliance with Company objectives, Market standards and local regulations.

**Task & Responsibilities

- Responsible for Logistics KPI analysis (warehousing & transportation)

- Run daily reports from SAP and other related systems

- Analyze trends and identify operational improvements

- Check deliveries status to meet service level and in market performances

- Coordinate the return management flow, end to end (from customer request to order collection)

- Oversee all logistics processes and interact with other internal stakeholders such as QA, Customer Service, Finance, Regulatory, Marketing and Procurement

- Work together with the Logistics Service Provider to identify cost saving opportunities and service improvements

**Professional education and skills

- Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree

- 2-3 years of experience within Logistics / Supply Chain roles preferably within the Pharmaceutical Industry, FMCG, or similar

- Project Management capabilities and continuous improvement approach

- Minimum English Upper Intermediate (B2) level

- ERP (SAP) systems awareness and IT familiarity is preferred

- Expert user of Excel and Power Point.

- Results driven, capability to work in teamwork & share knowledge, proactive attitude, critical thinker & open-minded person
