**Fondazione Milano Cortina 2026** is the Organizing Committee for the Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games of 2026, carrying on the organization, promotion and communication of the sporting and cultural events related to the next Winter Games.

Milano Cortina 2026 will be the first large-scale Olympics in history: 13 Olympic venues, 21 provincial capitals, 2, 300 municipalities directly involved, over an area of 22, 000 square km.
The Milano Cortina 2026 Organizing Committee has been established in 2019 with the purpose of organizing Olympic and Paralympic Games in compliance with the Host City Contract signed jointly by the International Olympic Committee (IOC), the two cities of Milano and Cortina and the Italian National Olympic Committee (CONI).
Furthermore, the Italian Paralympic Committee, the Regions of Lombardy and Veneto, as well as the Autonomous Provinces of Trento and Bolzano/Bozen are all partners in this major national-level project, with the support of the Italian Government.
**Position**:
We are looking for **Logistics Central Adminstration Specialist.
The identified resource will be responsible for:
- Liaise with internal departments to coordinate logistics activities and support in the definition and management of all levels of services for different client groups such as broadcasters, press, photographers, athletes and team officials, official Partners, Olympic family members, etc.
- Coordinate logistics activities in the planning and operational phases assisting in resolving any issues related to operations and supply chain
- Support in the management of the Logistics Service Provider contract for the provision on the services, with focus on the contract administration, resource planning, ensuring effective communication and information flow between the logistics team and Logistics Service Providers
- Support in the definition of workforce requirements for games time operations, shift plan, organizational requirements for venue operations
- Support in the implementation of logistics strategies, policies, and procedures to optimize operational efficiency and effectiveness and analyse client demands to anticipate future logistics needs and make proactive adjustments to the supply chain
- Work closely with other departments to coordinate activities and optimize the overall supply chain ensuring a high level of customer service by promptly addressing inquiries, concerns, and issues related to logistics operations.
- Collaborate with Logistics Service Providers to ensure accurate contract management and administration.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to logistics, such as customs regulations, safety standards, and environmental regulations.
- Ensure staffing levels and efficient allocation of resources to meet operational demands
- Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
**Requirements**:
- Experience of more than 2 years in logistics operations management, preferably with a focus on contract management and sport events
- Understanding of logistics operations, resource allocation, and scheduling principles.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Coordination and management abilities with problem-solving skills to identify issues, analyse data, and support decision making process to optimize logistics operations.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with internal teams, suppliers, clients, and other stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, to handle multiple priorities and work under pressure, adapting to changing circumstances and handle unexpected challenges.
- Resilience to overcome obstacles and maintain a focus on delivering results.
- Language Skills: Fluency in both English and Italian is a must.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages are required.
- Excellent skills with Suite MS Office.
- Bachelor's degree management engineering, logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field is typically preferred.
However, equivalent experience and background can also be considered.
