Job Description We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing the brand's logistics operations, supporting the wholesale channel, and ensuring an efficient merchandise flow. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and able to work in a dynamic and structured environment. Key Responsibilities Oversee the entire logistics process for wholesale shipments , ensuring timely deliveries and maintaining the brand's quality standards. Manage relationships with wholesale clients , providing efficient service and resolving any delivery-related issues. Supervise warehouse operations , including receiving, storage, and order preparation. Collaborate with logistics providers and freight forwarders to optimize international transportation and distribution processes. Monitor inventory levels , assisting the team in stock analysis and replenishment management. Handle logistics documentation (invoices, packing lists, certifications) and ensure compliance with customs and trade regulations. Work closely with Wholesale, Production, and Finance departments to ensure smooth operations. Requirements 2-3 years of experience in a similar role. Previous experience in a fashion or luxury company is a plus. Strong knowledge of logistics processes and warehouse operations. Experience in managing international shipments and familiarity with customs regulations. Fluent in English (both written and spoken); additional languages are a plus. Advanced Excel skills. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset. Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
