We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Logistic Coordinator to oversee and manage the logistics operations, both inbound and outbound, ensuring seamless movement of goods, cost efficiency, and timely delivery.

This role requires close collaboration with our production divisions, warehouse, and clients to meet business goals effectively.

KEY ACTIVITIES:

Inbound Activity: Creation of ASN (Advanced Shipping Notice)Manage inbound discrepancies with production divisions and warehouseMonitor and manage transportation costsReview processes for cost optimizationTrack and trace shipments, ensuring SLA complianceOutbound Activity: Product allocation and release for outbound shipmentsRoute products on client portalsMonitor shipments and create ordersFollow-up with clients, ensuring smooth deliveryResolve issues related to shipmentsReporting: Maintain and provide regular activity reportsMAIN QUALIFICATIONS:

Proficiency in creating and managing ASNs to ensure accurate shipment tracking and documentation compliance. Proven knowledge in handling various documents like bills of lading, invoices, customs paperwork, and packing lists, ensuring compliance with international regulations. Proven experiences with tools for tracking product allocation, stock levels, and inventory statusAdaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment. Welcoming and inclusive of people differences. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
