Logistics Coordinator
Main activities Coordinating and managing transport suppliers to ensure timely and correct handling of national and international shipments.
Requesting quotes and evaluating different offers from suppliers to ensure the best transport service (balancing cost, delivery times, and service level).
Managing agreements with suppliers for special shipments.
Processing and verifying shipment documentation and proposing process changes in case of issues.
Managing budgets related to product distribution and shipping.
Ensuring the quality of all proposed logistics services meets company and customer standards.
Defining logistics processes to make the supply chain more efficient and organized.
Requirements Fundamental/Must have: - Several years of experience in the role. - Strong IT skills and knowledge of national and international logistics processes. - Good knowledge of the English language. Preferential/Nice to have: - Communication skills and ability to interact effectively with internal and external clients. - Previous experience in logistics/shipping companies is a plus.
