As a key member, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our logistics processes to maintain the highest standards in logistics operations. Tasks and Responsibilities:Logistics Oversight : Supervise shipments to ensure timely delivery and resolve any issues that may arise. Document Preparation : Prepare air waybills (AWB) and other transport documents to facilitate smooth goods flow. Cost Optimization : Analyse transport quotations to optimize efficiency and control expenses. Claims Management : Handle claims for damages during transport, coordinating with carriers and managing necessary documentation. Compliance and Administration : Create and manage invoices and transport documents (DDT), ensuring adherence to current regulations. Qualifications:Proven experience in logistics operations or a similar role. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with logistics platforms and documentation processes.
