We are searching for a talented employee to accompany our growth path, which is contributing to the green transition.

**Your primary responsibilities will include**:

- Responsible for the daily logistics of several international projects

- Responsible for handling shipments in liner containers

- Involvement in handling bulk ship operations from Italy to the Nordic region

- Involvement in handling railway shipments from Italy

- Document management in connection with transports

- Daily contact with internal and external stakeholders.

- Coordination of logistics tasks with customers, hubs and carriers

- Process preparation, ongoing process optimization

- Administration of projects - including order management

- Various ad hoc tasks within the logistics and freight forwarding areas

- Actively participating with the financial monthly review

**About you

You have experience with logistics coordination, perhaps freight forwarding trained.

Moreover you are smart and collaborative, but thrive with having the responsibility for your own tasks and take initiative to resolve issues.

You have a good eye for detail and are motivated by working in a structured and systematic manner with your tasks.

You are fluent in English, both written and spoken and possibly a third language, and are an experienced user of the Office package.

You are flexible and stay calm and composed even in critical situations.
