We are looking for young talents, motivated, curious and enterprising, to join us at our Logistis Hub in Sedico, Belluno (Italy).

These will be your major responsibilities:

- Follow-up logistics requests and issues, new initiatives with related business partners

- Monitor and maintain related business channels logistics Service Level at agreed standards

- Fill and maintain logistics settings and parameters (warehouse + transport) aligned to specific business requirements

- Maintain a proper relationship with the specific business partners and all related internal and external stakeholders

It's a very challenging environment, where changes happen on a daily (and even hourly) basis.

- CS basics: generic customer orders intake, front/back-office follow-up, physical fulfilment and delivery flow knowledge, e-commerce market knowledge

- Proficient in Microsoft office suite

- Reporting capabilities

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- SAP is a plus

- Fluent in English.

- Proficient using MS Office, a true Excel addicted.
