Logistics Employee
Purpose of the Job:
Guarantee the normal workflow of the logistics to avoid any stop due to production or sales problems. Main Accountabilities:
Plan and manage deliveries and transport orders, pre-loadings and organize special agreements/requirements (i. e.
single/multi chamber equipment, special routes, loading/discharge requirements) in order to meet customers requestsGoods incoming after supplier document control and fulfilling of unloading papers with related labels printing in order to avoid material to be wrongly unloaded, and to keep RM storage as expected to let production run as plannedPrinting of loading paper with all the information related to tank, products and special notes and goods issue after the loading (both for bulk and packed finished products) in order to meet transport regulations, let invoicing process start and manage stock in the system properlyGoods return document issue to be in compliance with fiscal regulationsDaily loading and unloading planning agreed with LAB and production and forwarded to carriers in order to respect agreed delivery dates to customer and ensure RM storage to avoid production disruptionsKeep track of the tank arrivals and call the hauliers in case of any delay to avoid any negative impact on logistics and productionFront office daily activities (i. e.
calls with gate, waste form registration, samples handlings)Contact with CS and carriers for any order update / change / request in order to meet customers or plants requestDaily contacts with hauliers for any issue concerning not suitable tanks, loading time changes and so on in order to avoid delays or complaints from the customersFacilities incoming recordings in cooperation with financial and procurement offices in order to let finance manage payments regularlyCollect and prepare documents for export, manage export customs issues and clarify them with Customs Agents or other service provider when needed, in order to let material reach its destinations without any delay.
