We are looking for an intern who supports our logistic department for at least 6 months.

This internship gives you an overview of the logistic activities where you have the possibility to support the logistic office on daily operative tasks and learn how to plan and organize import and export activities, how to keep timing monitoring tools up to date and how to take care about the documentation.

**Tasks and responsibilities

- Help to organize all shipments in line with company requirements

- Assist in the preparation of timely import documentation (included customs authorization) for air and sea shipments

- Support the interaction between warehouse and transportation

- Help to prepare and maintain a delivery schedule for both inbound and outbound activities

- Support the process of goods returns, mistakes and damages

- Assist in the daily communication to all relevant departments in particular warehouse, purchasing and customer service

**Profile

- High school degree or university degree in engineering or economics

- Experiences in logistics/warehouse or other backgrounds where careful planning and accurate execution are carried out on a daily basis are considered a plus

- Fluent in Italian and English, German is considered a plus

- Knowledge of MS Office (Excel)

- Knowledge of ERP/WMS/TMS systems are considered a plus

- Passion for complex and dynamic processes

- Customer-oriented
