**_How will you make an impact?

You will:_

- _Lead and develop the Logistics team, supporting them in growing their professional knowledge and strengthening personal skills_

- _Be responsible the precious finished goods stored in your warehouse and for the relevant IN /OUT operations physically and IT transactions, including track & trace_

- _Ensure accurate, timely receipt and delivery of materials and/or finished goods to internal and external customers_

- _Ensure a correct and compliant physical and IT flows by managing, monitoring and following up of all movements IN - OUT for external Richemont sites_

- _Ensure a strong and safe Transport Management organization compliant with Group and Italian regulation, covering Domestics and WW destination_

- _Manage and validate transport cost providing to Finance all relevant information for a correct cost allocation_

- _Be the primary contact for customs brokers, freight forwarders, import/export compliance matters, and government inquiries or notifications relating to compliance issues.

You are aware of new import/export regulatory changes_

- _Ensure correct execution of all customs (import/export) activities to guarantee compliance with regulatory or legal requirements_

**_How will you experience success with us?

You will demonstrate: _

- _At least 5 years of experience in a similar position, ideally within a matrix organization_

- _Strong experience in team management and ability to lead as an example for the near and broad Richemont Italy team _

- _To be used to international environment, liaising with a variety of cultures, stakeholders of different seniority, adapting the communication style accordingly_

- _A proven track record of proposing, implementing and measuring constant improvements, to deliver efficiency, following LEAN or other methodologies _

- _Constant improvement mind-set, ability to update processes to deliver best practices at international level _

- _To be organized, methodic, extremely client oriented, flexible and able to make rapid operational decisions_

- _To have excellent influencing skills, an entrepreneurial mind set and excellent resilience and composure even under pressure_

- _Master degree (or equivalent) in the logistics field or extensive equivalent experience based training_

- _A strong knowledge of customs operations, transport rules and documentation _

- _Knowledge of Microsoft office and SAP_

- _English is mandatory & French is a plus _

- _A keen interest on CSR topics will be a strong advantage_
