Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world! Responsibilities: Co-responsible with Corporate on all Freight Forwarder and Carrier contracts. Responsible for Carriers and Forwarders performance management, cost management, internal rate system updates, cost audits, etc. Responsible for developing, maintaining and updating most optimum freight routings, and supplier capability matrixes. Premium air freight cost control. Responsible for communicating supply chain disruption risks related to logistics risks and implementing contingency plans with appropriate cross-functional groups. Must ensure all logistics activities are fully compliant to FTC, US Customs and Border Protection regulations. Support all compliance initiatives, including but not limited to C-TPAT, ISF, AES, TSA, etc. in alignment with corporate strategy or division specifically driven. Support resolution of all claims related to logistics. Responsible for setting the mission and vision for the logistics department, develop the strategic plan as required, and drive execution of STRAP and AOP. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in relevant field required. 5+ years' work experience in Logistics, Domestic and Import/Export Logistics and Compliance; with proven record of achieved results. Complimentary experience within other Supply Chain Management functions a plus. Advanced Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) skills. Fully versed in US Customs compliance, C-TPAT and NAFTA requirements and other applicable Free Trade Agreements. Proven experience with strategic planning in alignment with organization's objectives.
