POSITION IN ORGANISATION

Superior: Group Logistics Manager

**DESCRIPTION

He/she will be responsible to increase the efficiency of the Warehouse and all its processes, being part of a multinational organization with a high-quality standard of technology.

In detail:

**ROLE**:

Scope:

- Coordination of a team of 15 people

- Management of a warehouse of 3600 m2, with 2500 pallet locations

- 120 000 + outbound lines yearly

- 20 000 + domestic and international shipments yearly

Processes:

- Unload inbound trucks, inspection, receiving to ERP and putaway

- Replenish empty bins used in sales order or production order fulfillment

- Maintain inventory accuracy thru cycle counting

- Maintain picking efficiency by relocating stock based on rotation

- Sales Order fulfillment by picking, packing, delivery booking and dispatching goods

**TASK AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Organizing the work and leading a team of warehouse employees

- Responsibility for proper execution of operational tasks

- Responsibility for timely completion of internal customer tasks and orders

- Responsibility for the functioning and development of warehouse processes

- Seeking and implementing optimal solutions for warehouse space utilization

- Active cooperation and communication with other departments of the company

**COMPETENCE REQUIREMENTS

- Secondary education, logistics studied or master will consider a plus

- Min.

5 years' experience in warehouse management with subordinate team

- Ability to manage a team and effectively motivate employees

- Knowledge of English at B2 level - prerequisite

- Experience with ERP systems (WMS or RF devices will be an asset)

- Knowledge of principles, standards, goods storage processes and warehouse workflow

- Experience with Distribution will be an asset

- Experience in factory logistics is an asset

- Ability to work under time pressure and self-reliance
