About the role: In this position, you will manage internal and external handling of material by validating and issuing all documents needed within the given deadlines and agreed delivery and receiving methods.
You will contribute to making the whole logistic process faster and more efficient and the management of the warehouses in order to achieve the company sales targets at our plant in Modena while maintaining a proper and safe work environment according to our ESH procedures and the operative safety standards of the entire logistic area.
Your Responsibilities: Inbound/outbound warehouse management respecting safety standards and the best handling, inventory stock of the material, loading and unloading of the raw materials, general materials, waste, and finished goods. Import & Export procedures, verifying and applying ADR regulations with the support of external consultants. Preparation of the material, including packaging and documentation, and management of the transportation to customers/suppliers/External warehouses. Manage shipments status, goods not picked up yet, and track with carriers the situation of what is travelling, updating the Logistic manager, customers, and suppliers. Manage the ERP system, receiving of the material, shipments, and maintenance of logistics information. Manage the physical and digital archiving of all logistic documentation (DDT, import customs documentation, etc.
). Your Qualifications and Skills: First experience in a similar role. Forklift license and practice in material handling. Use of ERP systems and MS Office. Fluency in Italian and English at Level B1. Dangerous goods management. Good communication and relationship skills.
