We are recruiting a
**Logistics Planning Manager
Operating in compliance with company guidelines, plans and policies, the Manager will be responsible for coordinating the production planning activities, analyzing the available production capacity and related resource commitment, coordinating the activities of a dedicated team of Planners.
**Main Responsibilities**:
- Elaborating the annual/monthly planning of raw material and pharmaceutical production in the medium and long term, based on sales estimates and orders received from Global Business Operations and Supply Chain, while keeping stock levels in the warehouse under control and ensuring maximum efficiency and compliance with agreed deadlines.
- Organizing the activities of the team for which he/she is responsible, ensuring that operations are carried out according to schedule and budget.
- Ensuring the constant monitoring of the implementation of the production plans, taking care of revisions/updates, suggesting corrective and/or modifying actions for both in-house and third-party production.
- Ensuring the correct management of production standards and product code data on the SAP system.
- Continuously working on the training and development of his/her team, maintaining and improving people motivation, offering cooperation in achieving the assigned results.
**Requirements**:
- Master Degree, preferably in Management or Industrial Engineering.
- At least 5 years of previous experience in the same role, in the pharmaceutical field.
- Excellent knowledge of ERP SAP.
- Knowledge of company processes in terms of Quality system, company organization and work methodologies to be applied to production planning.
- Advanced knowledge of written and spoken English.
- Relational skills and team management.
- Ability to collaborate and work in a team, communication skills and strong results orientation.
