We are looking for a Logistics Process, Data Systems Manager to join our dynamic Europe Logistics team. Europe Logistics is responsible for distribution of Kone products to Customers managing an effective transportation and logistics network. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Logistics Process, Data Systems Manager professional. This role is pivotal in developing and optimizing logistics processes while serving as the key liaison with the ICT team for all logistics systems and reporting projects.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics process development and expertise in data reporting tools such as PowerBI and Qliksense.
Additionally, the candidate will act as the Super User for logistics systems/reporting and be responsible for the regular publishing of logistics KPIs. Responsibilities and Key Activities:Logistics Process Development:Analyze, design, and implement efficient logistics processes to enhance operational performance. Identify areas for process improvement and develop strategies to optimize logistics workflows. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new processes. Intelligence and Reporting:Act as the primary point of contact for the ICT team on all logistics systems projects. Develop and maintain comprehensive reporting solutions using PowerBI and Qliksense. Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all logistics reports and dashboards. Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support decision-making. Serve as the Super User for logistics systems and reporting. Regularly publish logistics KPIs to track and communicate performance metrics. Project Management:Lead and manage logistics-related projects from inception to completion. Coordinate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery within budget constraints. Stakeholder Collaboration:Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to understand logistics requirements and challenges. Foster strong relationships with the ICT team to align logistics systems with business needs. Communicate effectively with senior management and other departments to report on logistics performance and project status. Requirements for the role Educational Background:A Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in logistics or supply chain management can be advantageous. Experience:Significant experience in logistics process development and optimization. Proven track record in managing logistics systems and reporting tools like PowerBI and Qliksense. Experience in project management, particularly in logistics-related projects. Technical Skills:Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (PowerBI, Qliksense). Strong understanding of logistics systems and their integration with business processes. Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies (e. g. , Lean, Six Sigma). Soft Skills:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder collaboration. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Leadership skills to guide and motivate teams. Language Skills:Proficiency in English is essential.
