This includes SAP housekeeping / alignment with European support functions for an operation with high value stockholding.

It includes full responsibility for PI counts, that are on plan with corporate demands, including full root cause analysis and preventative actions where integrity falls outside KPI. Responsibilities:Ensure both Stock accuracy & Integrity are maintained to corporate demandsControl & Monitor Level of gross/net stock adjustmentsEnsure Results from stocktake/cycle counts (PI) are reported to Management teamLiaise with LO central FI control to ensure EU reporting is in line with Local reportingDrive Continuous Improvement of the principal inventory processes, working with Management team & departmentsEnsure full Management team are aware of all trends & disciplines affecting the stock fileMonitor Logistics processes to ensure they are fully compliant & implement any corrective measures if requiredEnsure daily review of Slotting effectivenessEnsure ongoing Development, optimizing, maintenance and major review of warehouse setup – Recommending changes to current setup where requiredWork with Management team to identify & understand inbound & outbound demands for both productivity & customer requirements for slottingWork with the LO Management team to identify changes/improvements to drive productivity/qualityAccuracy and upkeep of SAP system records & functionality / aligning all to demandsProject Coordination and testing/ LO team communicationContinue a positive, pro-active, team-based culture within the departmental team through regular and effective communications with the workforceMotivate and lead the team to achieve high standards of performance, coaching and mentoring individuals and identifying development needs and succession planningEnsure team are regularly briefed on relevant company communications and daily departmental needs to promote team effort and understanding of business needsImbed the company values into team members through reinforcement of behavior both individually and with the teamEnsure team are working to company health & safety standards & following agreed processesKnowledge, Skills and Experience:Excellent knowledge of stock control processes and methodologyGood knowledge of SAPExcellent analytical skillsProcess drivenInnovative thinker – constantly looking for 'a better way'Excellent planning, organizing and leadership skillsStrong influencing skills with the ability to interact at all levels of the BusinessExcellent decision making and problem-solving abilityQuality focusedWhat's In It For You?
