Scope The scope of this role is the coordination and execution of customer orders in accordance with their requirements and/or procedures based on PSA BDP Ethics.

Responsibilities: Contact with the dedicated customer for instructions / reminderProcessing of agent and early warning messages (network contact)Communicate information to customers and partners in parallelHandling of anomalies / disputesProposal for corrective and preventive measuresContact with the warehouse and other subcontractorsDuty to inform and advise the customer on the formalities of international movement of goodsDuty to communicate the information of the files in charge to his hierarchical managerMonitoring the quality of service center servicesCreate SOP's when required to support the offshoring processTroubleshooting to proactively find suitable solutions in time and manner to the customerJob Requirements 3 years of experience in logistics and forwarding operations/regulations and documentation or Degree in LogisticsPreferably a professional degree from a licensed educational institution specialized in logistics and forwardingComputer literacy with Microsoft Software applications and/or other market-leading software applicationsGood communication skills in EnglishSeniority levelNot Applicable
