- Logistic Specialist ItalyWe are hiring for our Business Operations office located in Milan a Logistic Specialist to help the group grow and improve our local business development.

In your role you will have to manage the day-to-day in and outbound logistics between tesa and the Logistic Service Providers, you will have to support the development and implementation of the logistics strategy and the necessary logistics standards, to support additional processes like pallet and packaging management, invoice verification, physical stocktaking.

You will have to ensure compliance and update of Logistics Quality standards and Internal processes.

- What you will do- Daily management of warehouse queries tesa

3rd party

- Manage RFC's from customers, tesa and 3rd party on all logistics parameters

- Perform internal audits where necessary and update processes

- Support the annual internal audit

- Support tenders for Distribution and Warehousing

- Validate and approve logistics invoicing

- Monitoring Interfaces with 3rd party logistics provider and correct irregularities

- Logistics claim handling towards internal and external suppliers

- Weekly / Monthly KPI reporting on performance and follow up with 3rd party

- Prepare Service meeting with external providers

- Back up for MM assistant on planning, customs invoicing, shortage management, NART creation etc.

- Being part of the EU Logistics community, supporting the continuous improvement and saving's projects and making the difference

- What you will needUniversity's Degree (logistics or similar)

Good knowledge of Logistics processes and costs

Advanced user knowledge in SAP and MS Office (mainly excel)

2+ years' experience in Logistics in multinational companies with a matrix organization, ideally with 3rd Party Logistics Provider.

Italian language is mandatory

Fluent in English

Strong analytical, conceptual, interpersonal and organizing skills

Strong in driving and optimizing processes

Flexible and able to positively respond to change

Team player who communicates and works effectively at various levels of an organization

Ability to influence others to move toward consensus
