Buccellati is a renowned Italian high-jewellery and silversmithing Maison founded in 1919, admired for its craftmanship and the uniqueness of its creations.

Today, the Buccellati jewels stand out for their design and for the techniques used to create them, such as the hand-engraving technique, dating back to the ancient goldsmithing traditions of the Italian "bottega" during the Renaissance times.

Together with its sophisticated Milanese heritage, Buccellati has become renowned for its subtle, yet distinctive style that evokes the glamour of the past yet with a contemporary and unique design.

Buccellati has been part of the global luxury group Richemont since September 2019, but the Buccellati family is still present in the Company with top level managerial functions.

**We are looking for a Logistics Specialist** who will support our Logistics Department, reporting directly to our Group Logistics Manager.

He/she will have to perform the following main duties:

- Manage exportation of goods handling all customs documentation and coordinating with our logistics partners;

- Collaborate with key stakeholders, both locally and Internationally across the company to coordinate and support the e-commerce logistics activities;

- Constantly improve service levels and delivery experience;

- Liaise with Customer Care to proactively solve last-mile issues;

- Collect logistics operation data and follow performance with focus on E-commerce KPI's, lead times, procedures, and operation / shipping costs;

- Jewellery picking / packing for E-commerce;

- Support the identification of improvements opportunities, and follow their implementation;

- Support the Communication Department for the picking of jewels for events and photo shoots;

- Assist in any ad-hoc duties assigned;

**Profile**:

- At least 3-5 years of experience developed in a Logistic department (preferably in fashion / luxury e-commerce) in an international environment;

- Educational background: BA/MA in Economics/International Business/Supply Chain;

- Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PPT, Word ) and SAP S/4 HANA;

- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines regularly;

- Advanced English written and spoken (mandatory);

- Attention to detail, analytical mindset, ability to work under pressure;
