Job Responsibilities:

1. Supervise and manage the daily operational quality of third-party warehouses (not limited to inventory accuracy, packing amount, DC efficiency, inbound and outbound accuracy, and timeliness) and improve optimization;

2. Data statistical analysis, identifying outliers, and making optimization and rectification measures;

3. Supervise the delivery situation of logistics carriers to stores, and promptly follow up and handle any abnormal delivery to stores

4. As a logistics representative, coordinate and coordinate the reasonable needs of external departments, communicate and coordinate with third-party logistics suppliers and operations departments to ensure smooth operations.

5. Implement the policy plans of the group headquarters, report all work to the group headquarters in a timely manner, and ensure the achievement of various KPIs.

Job requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, fluent in Chinese and Italian, required as a working language, with relevant experience in warehousing and logistics;

2. Proficient in office software, proficient in Excel spreadsheets, and strong data analysis skills

3. Strong execution ability and efficient implementation and implementation capability

4. Strong communication, coordination, and overall planning skills, skilled in negotiation, and cheerful personality

5. Having legal Italian work status (Italian citizen, green card, work visa, etc. )
