Job Description
What will you take care of?
You will be the customer interface for all logistics issues related to spare parts.
You will have the chance to:
**_
Take Responsibility:_** you will manage relationships with your counterparts at customer supply chain in Italy and assure that spare parts are always available as agreed with the customer, managing customer orders and monitoring customer's data transmission week by week.
You will handle bottlenecks and escalations, provide the customers with accurate delivery information and give reliable updates in case of delays.
You will also manage the relationships to our central logistics organization in Germany and Serbia and build a "tandem" with your colleague responsible for spare parts sales in Turin.
You will also have regular calls with the whole logistics team Europe, sharing best practices and finding solutions together.

Help shape the future:_** y**ou will actively work on continuous improvement of collaboration with the customer to assure excellent customer experience in your area of responsibility

Observe and think ahead:_** You will contribute to maintain best in class logistics KPI such as customer service level, back-orders and VORs.
You will develop ideas for new additional logistics services.
**_
Integrated implementation: _**You will be the main interface to the customer together with your sales colleague and build a team which constantly increases perceived customer value add.
**_
Conscientious coordination: _**You will be the daily contact of the Aftermarket headquarters in Germany (dispatch department, planning department, warehouse, etc ) in order to ensure timely deliveries in accordance with customer's expectations.
Qualifications
What distinguishes you?
**Education**:Master Degree in Mechanical or Management Engineering.
**Experience and Know How**:Experience in customer logistics, possibly in the aftermarket.
**Personality**: Entrepreneurial mindset, precision, team spirit, good communication skills, pro-activity.
Sense of urgency and strong skills in managing priorities.
**Language skills**:Fluent English, German is a plus;
**Interests**: Desire to take challenges and to contribute to the path of a growing company.
