We are looking for an engaging and proactive person for managing the logistics and export duties relevant to our Heavy Duty Gas Turbines components.

**Responsibilities**:

- Enquire the qualified freight forwarders

- Select the right freight forwarder

- Manage the export procedures

- Manage the relationship with the Italian Customs office and Chamber of Commerce

- Manage the Letter of Credit and its relevant documents

- Manage the invoicing process

**Required Skills / Knowledge**:

- English fluent (speaking and writing)

- Incoterms knowledge

- VAT (IVA) understanding

- ERP SAP R3 (SD package)

- Knowledge of the invoicing process

**Experience**:

- 2 years minimum in logistics and export departments.

**Education Requirements**:

- High school diploma
