Location: Milan (hybrid), with occasional travel to local warehouses (1-2 times per week)

We are seeking a proactive, organized, and motivated Logistics Specialist to join our dynamic Logistics team.

**What you'll do**:

- Manage and optimize transportation flows, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

- Coordinate daily operations with 3PL partners across multiple locations.

- Oversee B2C logistics, including order fulfillment and last-mile delivery.

- Collaborate with internal teams to support the growing B2B logistics segment.

- Track, analyze, and improve logistics KPIs to maintain high operational standards.

**What we're looking for**:

- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills.

- At least 2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related field.

- Excellent communication skills in Italian and English.

- Ability to work independently and excel in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

- A passion for eCommerce, logistics, and driving operational excellence.
