OverviewKemin Cavriago is looking for a logistics internship. He/she is responsible for managing excel files used by different areas of the business. Keeps these files up-to-date. Prepares documents for daily shipments. He/she collaborates with members of the logistics and warehouse team to ensure that the daily loads run smoothly.

ResponsibilitiesLogistics Excel File MaintenanceCreates loading lists based on the shipment fileUpdates the daily loading/unloading schedule file to give the correct information to the warehousemenPreparation of Shipment DocumentsPrepares the order on the management systemPrepares the documents relating to each shipment (pre- and post-shipment) up to the invoicing of the orderOther ActivitiesManaging e-mails with transporters and customers regarding the documents of shipments madeQualificationsGood knowledge of the Italian language and discrete knowledge of the English language mainly in writingGood communication skillsAccuracy and reliabilityAdaptability: flexibility to work in a constantly changing environment and ability to adapt plans as requiredGood Microsoft Office skills (focus on Excel)Interested?
