Job Responsibilities: - Supervise and manage the daily operational quality of third-party warehouses (including but not limited to inventory accuracy, packaging amount, DC efficiency, accuracy and timeliness of incoming and outgoing shipments), and improve and optimize them.

- Conduct data analysis, summarize exceptions, and make optimization adjustments.

- Oversee the delivery of logistics carriers to stores, and promptly follow up on any anomalies that arrive at the stores.

- As a logistics representative, coordinate the reasonable needs of external departments, communicate and coordinate with third-party logistics providers and operational departments to ensure smooth operations.

- Implement the group headquarters' policies and plans, and report to the group headquarters in a timely manner to ensure the achievement of various KPIs.

Job Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or above, fluent in both Chinese and English, with English as a working language, and experience in warehousing and logistics.

- Proficient in office software, excellent in Excel spreadsheets, and strong data analysis skills.

- Strong execution ability, with efficient implementation capabilities.

- Strong communication, coordination, and overall planning skills, good at negotiation, and outgoing personality.
