The Logistics Specialist will be located within the logistics office specifically for shipping and, supporting the team, will focus on activities related to foreign shipping management.

Responsibilities Management of shipments (creation of the related documents and DDT) Organization of cargo and correspondence with freight carriers, couriers, and warehouses Contacts with customs, preparation of pertinent documentation Preparation of shipping-related invoices through the use of the specific system (SAP and ATOM) Control of the invoices from shipping companies Creation of analysis Requirements Experience of 3 years in a similar role High School Diploma Proficient with Microsoft Suite (good Excel skills are mandatory) Excellent analytical skills Fluent in English (written and spoken) Minimum knowledge of customs topics and of the creation of CO + CITES Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, accuracy, problem-solving ability, flexibility, and goal orientation Ability to anticipate, manage critical situations and provide effective solutions #J-18808-Ljbffr
