Role overview:

- The role will report directly to the "Supply Chain Planning Manager", in Novara (Italy). _

- The "Logistics Specialist" will work along with the Supply Chain Planning and Logistics Team, based in Novara, and the Logistics Managers based within the Regional markets. _

- The main goal of the role is to keep the logistic costs structure under control and improve the efficiency of the logistic processes. _

Key Responsibilities:

- Cross countries budgeting and reporting process support;_- Contracts KPIs monitoring and T&C negotiations;_- Promotes saving and efficiencies initiatives together with and projects management;_- Support local Logistics Managers, at WW level, in costs/performance process reengineering (i. e.

handling/packaging cost review/times & methods review etc);_- Qualitative and quantitative data analysis;_- Key User for the company's ERP system across logistics functionalities. _

**Requirements**:

- Academic background in Engineering or Economics with specialization in Supply chain & Logistics (bachelor or master degree);_- At least 2/3 years of experience in warehousing processes, matured in fashion industry / consultancy firm / 3PL;_- Business Process Reengineering, Activity Based Costs analysis background;_- Knowledge of fundamental economics in warehousing (facilities, consumptions, materials, manpower, handling equipments)_- Attitude to work on different tech systems, curious to understand processes and data_- Strong qualitative and quantitative analytical skills_- English fluent both verbal and written_- Proactivity & Team working_- Willing to travel_

Systems and Essentials:

- ERP knowledge (Stealth as a plus), _- Warehouse Management System (WMS)_- Power BI_- Office (xls mastership)_
