Unlocking the full potential of life. Logistics SpecialistRecordati is looking for a Logistic Specialist who will serve as the main point of contact for our external warehouses in Italy.
This role will involve managing the day-to-day operations and ensuring smooth communication and coordination with our external partners.
In addition to the operational responsibilities, the candidate will also have the chance to participate in global projects aimed at optimizing our warehousing and distribution network. Key Responsibilities3PL ManagementManage day-to-day operations with external 3PL partners, ensuring alignment with the company's Last Mile logistics strategyManage complaints, stock adjustments and inventory reconciliationProducts availabilityCollaborate with cross-functional teams (Customer service, finance, QA, . . ) to analyse current operations and align business efforts with goalsPlan and monitor the inventory levels, coordinating replenishment plans, and ensuring optimal stock levels to prevent shortages and delaysPlanning & reportingManage Purchase order and Budget expenses for warehousing activitiesConsolidate supply chain data, perform calculations, and monitor KPIs, Costs and CO2 consumption through power BISupport local Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) preparationActively contribute and support improvement projects to optimize transportation and logistics processesSupport transition and integration of new distribution modelsEnsure alignment with regulatory requirements, quality standards and global supply chain strategySupport definition of 3PL tender requirements (volumes, KPIs, detailed activities)Develop strategies and plans for risk mitigationTake the lead to kick-off and run projects bringing together all relevant stakeholderRequired Skills and ExperienceExperience>2 years possibly from Pharma SectorMarkets, products & process knowledgeStrong working knowledge of operational proceduresSAP KnowledgeRequired Behaviours and CompetenciesResilience & adaptabilityAnalytical skillsLeading & motivating peopleRequired LanguagesFluent in English.
