Operations are now seeking talented Logistic Specialists to join the team.

Reporting into: Logistics Manager
Here is a breakdown of what you'll be doing:
Fine Jewellery
Interact with the Fine Jewellery business team for monitoring and advancement of Hallmarking activities.
Support the Logistic Manager in costs and processes improvement and optimization related to the RTV (Return to Vendor) activities.
- On indication of Logistic Manager, work closely with the 3PL for monitoring of processing priorities and their correct execution.
- Interact with Merchandising-Finance to support Vendor's relationship management.
- Interact with the Customer Care and Personal Shopper to manage-verify final customer's requests.
- Work closely with 3PL as a contact point for operational criticalitiesRtV (Return to Vendor):
- Support Logistic manager in the improvement and optimization of costs and processes related to RTV (Return to Vendor) activities.
- Interact with Business Departments and Finance for the operational management of supplies for sale-deposit and purchase for return process to supplier.
- On indication of Logistics Manager, work closely with 3PL to monitor the process priorities and their proper implementation.
- Interact with Merchandising-Finance to support management of vendor relationship.
- Contact point for 3PL to manage criticalities- non conformities that are manifested in the process of return to supplier.
- Interact with the Department of Transport to request the necessary documentation for the goods return
- Work closely as a contact point for operational issues. The type of person we are looking for:
- Fluent in English and Italian, the knowledge of another language is a plus
- Good knowledge of Office Suite
- Curious and willing to learn
- Problem-solving skills and results-oriented
- Ability to work well in a team
- Excellent communication skills
