Wieland is hiring a Logistics Support Coordinator.

The Logistics Support Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the shipment of products, ensuring documentation is accurate, managing customs requirements, and communicating with clients and customers regarding deliveries and timelines.

This role is located in Verona, VA and will be fully on-site.

Responsibilities:Schedule truck shipments both domestic and internationalSchedule parts and service ordersEnsure timely schedules for client ordersReview customer purchase orders and shipping documents to ensure accuracyTrack and fix shipping errorsPrepare bills and invoicesBack-up our Scheduling/Planning department as needed with work ordersMeet and greet customers and visitorsAll other duties assignedQualifications:High school diploma or equivalentComputer and keyboard knowledge; ability to use database and emailUnderstanding of the supply chain, including common obstacles and effective solutionsAbility to follow and communicate with excellent verbal & written instructionsAbility to make decisions based on deadlines and customer requirementsAbility to work as a team to meet customer demands based on inventory controlsAble to work with minimum supervisionAttention to detail, multitasking abilities, and a commitment to reliability and consistencyFrequent standing, stooping, and bendingOccasional carrying and lifting not to exceed 40 lbs.
