Our Logistics department is looking for an intern that will support the department.

The trainee will be involved in transversal aspects of logistics with a particular focus on logistics administration, reporting as well as other diverse warehousing activities.

**Responsibilities and tasks

- Support the balancing of stock between the various deposits and the discrepancies of inventory

- Cooperate with distribution team in order to guarantee the success of the delivery to the customer

- Support order creation from Group warehouses, commission the number of pallets to be collected daily

- Collaborate strictly with the Customer Service and the other function (internal and external) implicated in the process.

- Supports proper verification, allocation and registration of logistics invoices

- Supports the elaboration and development of department dashboards (economic, performance and logistic profile)

- Coordinates logistics maintenance processes (e. g.

special palletizations) with the other Departments of the Group

- Supports the planning of warehouse activities and the verification of processes according to Group policies

**Requirements**:

- Preferably a Degree in Engineering Management or Economics

- Good knowledge of information systems

- Preferably knowledge of SAP or other CRM

- Advanced knowledge of Office Package

- Great analytical skills

- Problem solving

- Fluent in English
