As a Trainer at Amazon, you'll play a central role in onboarding and upskilling our employees.

You'll work with people at every stage of their career, from new hires to managers. Key job responsibilitiesDeliver training and coaching to Amazon's standardReview and improve site-training completion rates together with managers and associatesGather feedback and highlight areas where there are opportunities to streamline or improve the training experienceWork with teams to identify areas where further training and development is neededHelp to audit metrics such as safety, quality, and process across sitesTrain and coach associates to become ambassadors who can help deliver coaching and training to local teamsA day in the lifeThe role of Trainer is about sharing and upholding our process standards.

You'll deliver high-quality training that outlines safety, culture, and site-specific procedures to Amazon employees as well as external partners, along with a warm welcome for new hires.

As a Trainer, you'll make sure everyone sticks to the highest operating standards.

You'll know how to constructively deliver feedback that helps learners grow and develop. You'll be based on-site at one of our operational facilities, delivering in-person and online training to the team across a variety of shift patterns.

You may also support other sites when required.

You'll work independently but will regularly liaise with key site staff and stakeholders. About the teamAmazon couldn't deliver at pace without the Amazon Transportation Service (ATS) team.
