What you'll do:

As a valuable team member, you will collaborate closely with the Product Associate Manager in the execution and oversight of projects and initiatives for SuperEnalotto and SiVinceTutto brands.

Key responsibilities:

- Conduct in-depth analysis of market trends and consumer needs to refine and optimize the product offerings;

- Drive ideation and execution of strategies for product evolution based on insightful data assessments;

- Monitor and evaluate product performance, generating detailed reports and presentations that serve as a foundation for strategic decision-making translating data findings into actionable recommendations;

- Foster a data-driven culture within the organization, promoting the value of data in decision-making;

- Support in coordinating other company functions (IT, Logistics, PR, Communication, Online, etc. ) and external suppliers for the implementation of product initiatives.

Who you are:

- You have a degree in Management and/or Economics;

- Demonstrate proficiency in Office tools, with a particular emphasis on advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Power Point;

- Outstanding analytical and planning skills;

- Strong aptitude for problem solving, innovative thinking and proficient project management skills. ;

- Proactively engage with a curious, flexible, and determined mindset to achieve goals;

- Fluent in English.
