**Posizione:**:**Position**:
This role will ensure compliance among Excise and Customs operations with the European and local regulations currently in force.
CUSTOMS/BA EU guarantees the timeliness of deadlines with regards to the payment of taxes and fulfillments of specific local duties, supporting the Foreing Trade operations of the Company.
CUSTOMS/BA EU will support the development and implementation of an effective European standardization related to customs operations, licensing and trade compliance.
**Key Accountabilities**:
- Ensuring the correctness of the fiscal fulfillments in accordance to the EU and Italian Customs regulations;
- Ensuring the compliance of the electronic data interchange declarations to be sent to Customs Authorities;
- Determining the excises, release for consumption taxes, CONOU contributions and duties to be paid, managing the refund disposals issued to Clients and released by Authorities to be used in Petronas Customs Tax warehouse;
- Providing support to the Business with regards to Customs import and export issues;
- Supporting the maintenance of the SAP Masterdata of raw materials, semi-finished products and finished products in terms of fiscal compliance;
- Ensuring compliance and support in every extra-EU transaction performed by the Company;
- Contributing to the maintenance of the AEO certification in place and to obtain it where necessary;
- Supporting the business goals and objectives in the applicable EU jurisdictions with a proactive solution oriented approach;
- Helping to design effective audits to ensure customs compliance and drive process improvements that contribute to reach a solid posture across the Region;
- Able to collect and interpret the main accounting data and indicators in order to support the definition of the best practices to be used by the Company.
**Requisiti:**:**Qualifications & Education
Economics or Law degree
**Skills/Experience/Knowledge**:
- 1 years of progressive experience in customs tax aspects and customs rules;
- Inclination for team working;
- Ability to work under trough timelines and deliver on time;
- Accuracy in carrying out tasks assigned;
- Excellent SAP knowledge;
- Excellent Excel skills;
- Fluent in English.
