**Responsibilities**:

The Luxury Client Relations and Experience Manager has to:

- ** Validating the existing luxury customer portfolio**;

- Support the creation, organisation and implementation of VIP client experiences;

- Planning and co-ordinating customer brand experiences, with the aim of increasing VIP customer loyalty, ensuring a high level service in consistency with the brand positioning;

- Helping to build valuable relationships between the Company managers and Lionard VIP clients, creating opportunities and moments of relation.

**What we** offer**:

**Employment contract **is envisaged with a RAL and a specific role defined according to ones previous experience, which will be evaluated during the selection process.

**Requirements**:

The requirements are as follows:

- Bachelor or Master Degree;

- Previous experience of at least two years in the luxury field with task related to customer management;

- Perfect written and spoken English and Italian.

Knowledge of other languages will be considered a plus, as well as having had significant international experiences and/or background.

The profile is completed by:

- Excellent problem-solving skills;

- Performance-oriented approach;

- Optimism, open-mindedness and creative spirit;

- Ability to listen and be efficient.
