Luxury Living Group Project Manager
Duties and Responsibilities: Supervises projects budgets, project implementation timing and final quality in retail and residential projects.
Develops space plans; provides design concepts to meet architectural and interior design solutions.
Coordinates suppliers and partners while maintaining thorough and accurate communication and project documentation from project inception to completion.
Collaborates and interacts with all the company departments.
Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications: Master degree in Architecture or related field (interior design) 5+ years of experience in job offered or related Fluent English knowledge Strong graphic and visualization skills, be capable of using 2D/3D software, including AutoCAD, Sketch up, Adobe (Photoshop, Indesign) and PowerPoint, (3Dstudio max) Skills: Design - Capable of creating solution applying design principles.
Attention to detail.
Problem Solving - Able in identifying and solving problem and develop alternative solutions.
Project Management - Development and coordination of project plans.
Fullfil time and budget goals.
Teamwork - able in workling in teams and in contributing to building a positive team spirit.
