Luxury Living Group Project Manager
Duties and Responsibilities: Supervises project budgets, project implementation timing and final quality in retail and residential projects. Develops space plans; provides design concepts to meet architectural and interior design solutions. Coordinates suppliers and partners while maintaining thorough and accurate communication and project documentation from project inception to completion. Collaborates and interacts with all the company departments. Performs other related duties as assigned by management. Qualifications: Master's degree in Architecture or related field (interior design). 5+ years of experience in job offered or related. Fluent English knowledge. Strong graphic and visualization skills, capable of using 2D/3D software, including AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe (Photoshop, InDesign) and PowerPoint, (3D Studio Max). Skills: Design - Capable of creating solutions applying design principles. Attention to detail. Problem Solving - Able to identify and solve problems and develop alternative solutions. Project Management - Development and coordination of project plans. Fulfill time and budget goals. Teamwork - Able to work in teams and contribute to building a positive team spirit.
