The main responsibilities for this position are:Have a deep understanding of destination, products and accommodations. Contact leads and collect client and itinerary data through proactive interaction. Use all communications channels (phone, emails, chat etc. )

for an excellent level of client engagement. Identify interests and understand travellers needs and provide solution for our clients, sometimes by thinking outside the box. Develop world class itineraries and experiences for a customized experience. Actively sell and upsell clients on additional experiences and opportunities. Communicate details to logistics and marketing. Collect, input and process data for clients, payments and itineraries. Collect supplier data and refer back to product team. Competenze ed esperienzaWho you are3+ years of luxury industry experience, preferably in luxury travel sales. Proficiency in Italian and Fluent knowledge of English, certified at a C1 level. Passionate about travel and have a strong curiosity about unique experiences. Strong oral and written communication skills and experience in sales with high profile clients. Able to balance focus on individual sales targets and teamwork, ready to ask for help when necessary. Basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and comfortable with technology.
