The Analyst will be part of Société Générale CIB M&A team based in Milan.

Tasks and responsibilities: Building complex financial models and completing valuation, mergers, and other analytical exercisesDrafting presentations for M&A transactions or strategic client dialogueWorking closely with the rest of the team to create client deliverables and meet ad-hoc client requestsClosely collaborating with various industries, countries, and other products' colleagues during origination and execution stagesPerforming industry and company research to support business development and on an ad-hoc basisProfile required Studies & experience: A well-rounded academic background from a top-tier educational institutionPrior work experience in Investment Banking at a recognized Investment Bank or advisory boutiqueLanguage skills: Native/advanced level of ItalianProficiency in EnglishTechnical, operational & Soft skills: Proficiency in MS Office applicationsTechnically proficient in financial modeling (DCF, Multiples, Merger model, LBO model)Analytical approach to problem-solvingHigh level of accuracy and attention to detailStrong work ethicStrong presentation and communication skillsGood interpersonal skillsAbility to work in a team as well as independentlyWhy join us Société Générale Italy is a multi-category bank offering every employee the possibility to have several careers in a professional career path.
