Saipem SpA, Corporate Finance area, is looking for an M&A and Investments Valuation Specialist. The person, within the Strategy and M&A function, will join the Integrated Evaluations M&A and New Initiatives department and will be responsible for economic-financial evaluations and profitability analysis to support M&A operations and other new strategic initiatives of the Group. Responsibilities:Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to conduct financial analyses (e. g. , economic evaluations and coordination of financial due diligence) related to M&A activities, new investments, and other strategic initiatives. Collaborate with business development teams, colleagues from other corporate functions (e. g. , accounting, management control, tax area, legal, etc.

), and external financial advisors to support the execution of assigned initiatives, obtain top management approvals, and ensure the closure of extraordinary operations. QUALIFICATION: Degree in Economics / Finance / Management Engineering. KNOWLEDGE OF ENGLISH LANGUAGE: Excellent knowledge of Italian and English, preferably improved through educational/work experience in an international context.

Knowledge of French or another foreign language will be considered a plus. LABOUR RELATIONSHIP: Permanent contractYEARS OF EXPERIENCE: 4/5 years of experience in similar roles (economic evaluation and/or M&A) in investment banks, financial advisory boutiques, Big 4, or financial valuation departments of structured companies in the industrial sector. IT SKILLS: Excellent knowledge of the Office Suite, knowledge of financial market databases (e. g. , Bloomberg), and data visualization tools (e. g. , Power BI) is appreciated. SOFT SKILLS: Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders, analytical mindset, strong problem-solving skills, efficiency orientation, attention to detail, ability to work both independently and in a team, and focus on maintaining high work quality standards. Priority is given to the inclusion of protected categories.
