Natixis Corporate & Investment Banking has a longstanding presence in Italy. We serve corporations, financial institutions and financial sponsors active in the country, drawing on the combined expertise of our 75 plus Milan Branch team members and our business lines globally.

We accompany our clients on the strategic development of their businesses, providing M&A advisory, acquisition finance, capital raising in the debt and equity capital markets, strategic equity financing, project finance for the infrastructure and real estate sectors, and capital markets solutions and flow products for investment and hedging purposes across equity and fixed income asset classes. To all this we add our global leadership in green & sustainable finance to support our clients in evolving their activities towards a more sustainable footing.

**Poste et missions**:

- Support Bankers in managing client relationship and strategic dialogue, including origination, structuring, and executing complex transactions.

- Conduct financial analysis, strategic business analysis, and valuations.

- Develop and oversee detailed financial models.

- Prepare confidential information memoranda and management presentations.

- Participate in all aspects of deal execution, including due diligence, document preparation, negotiation and closing.

- Support the preparation of proposals and pitches to existing and prospective clients, focusing on overall Investment Banking opportunities aligned with the bank's strategy.

- Train and mentor analysts and interns.

- Ensure compliance with external regulatory requirements and internal policies.

**Profil et compétences requises**:

- Excellent analytical and quantitative skills, particularly in financial modelling and valuation (including LBOs, sensitivities and return analysis).

- Solid understanding of accounting and financial analysis.

- Experience in Infrastructure and Energy sectors is a plus.

- Behavioral skills: ethical standards and teamwork; proactive and problem-solving attitude; ambition/learning curve and strong desire for achievement; responsiveness.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to work under tight deadlines, excellent time management and prioritization.

- Fluency in Italian and English is compulsory, any other European languages are a plus.
