Angove Partners is working with one of the worlds largest brokers who are looking to add M&A Broker to its M&A team in their Milan office.

It is an exciting opportunity to join a renowned broker, offering excellent exposure and growth potential.

This is a hybrid role requiring some days of the week on-site in Milan. Responsibilities include:Deal Execution Support: Assist in structuring and executing M&A transactions by conducting due diligence, analyzing risk exposure, and preparing key transaction documents.

Legal & Risk Advisory: Leverage legal expertise to assess and advise on transactional risks, particularly in areas such as warranty & indemnity (W&I) insurance and other risk-transfer solutions.

Client & Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with senior brokers, insurers, and clients (private equity firms, corporates, and law firms) to facilitate seamless deal processes and risk management solutions.

Market & Industry Research: Monitor market trends, regulatory developments, and emerging risks to provide strategic insights that enhance deal structuring and negotiation strategies.
