You will become an integral part of a dynamic team of seasoned investment bankers, offering a steep learning curve and a rare opportunity to fully contribute to the successful origination and execution of M&A transactions.

Responsibilities:Performing financial analysesConducting industry researchIdentifying potential buyers or acquisition targetsPreparing confidential information memoranda, management presentations, and other marketing materialsInteracting with senior bankers and clients' senior executivesFacilitating due diligence and transaction closingsLeading or implementing initiatives focused on growing the firm's franchiseQualifications:Strong interest in M&AFluent in accounting and finance with strong business acumenExcellent analytical, communication, and computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)Assertive, self-motivated, and desire to succeed in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environmentStrong ability to work in teams combined with a good sense of humorMaster's degree with excellent academic credentialsNative speaking level in Italian and fluency in English are mandatory; other European languages would be a plusGraduating in 2024 / 2025 from a Master's degree in Finance and/or Accounting in a top-tier university
