Our M&A team plays a crucial role in driving Fabrick's growth and expansion strategies by identifying, evaluating, and executing mergers, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships.

As part of the team, you will work alongside industry experts, gaining hands-on experience in the exciting world of fintech M&A.

**As an M&A Intern at Fabrick, you will**:

- Assist in the identification and evaluation of potential merger and acquisition targets, strategic partnerships, and investment opportunities.

- Conduct comprehensive research and analysis on target companies, including financial performance, market trends, competitive landscape, and potential synergies.

- Assist in preparing financial models, valuation analyses, and investment memos to support decision-making processes.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, legal, and business development, to facilitate due diligence and deal execution processes.

- Support in the preparation of presentations and materials for internal and external stakeholders, including senior management and potential investors.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory developments, and emerging technologies.

- Bachelor's or master's degree in finance, economics, business administration, or a related field.

- Strong interest in mergers and acquisitions, investment banking, or corporate development within the fintech industry.

- Solid understanding of financial concepts, valuation methods, and financial modeling.

- Analytical skills with the ability to gather and synthesize information from various sources.

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

- Curiosity, eagerness to learn, and willingness to take on new challenges.

- Any prior experience in finance, investment banking, or M&A is a plus, but not required.
