Research Manager - Media Analytics

**Responsibilities**:
- To take ownership and responsibility for individual research projects
- To support the team in all research phases, from the initial brief with the client / clients to the design of the questionnaire.
- Responsible for the data analysis and subsequent preparation of reports.
- Immediately, interfacing with supplier management for the computerization of questionnaires and collection of interviews.
- Managing the junior team members and our internships.
- Collaborative and proactive approach to work
- Client focused experience with ability to establish and maintain ongoing strong relationships.
**Requirements**:
- Proven years of experience in a market research company as a researcher for quantitative research with a role of managing the entire research process (client brief, questionnaire design, data analysis and reporting)
- In-depth knowledge of Excel / Powerpoint- Having had direct responsibility for junior / internship figures is preferable
- Preferential degree: sociology, psychology, statistics
- Experience also in qualitative market research
- Knowledge of media analytics.
- Excellent communication skills and time management
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving and attention to detail
- Fluent in Italian and English language skills.
