As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will play a crucial role in shaping activities and projects within Data Modelling and Artificial Intelligence field. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data engineers, software engineers, and product managers to identify opportunities for leveraging machine learning. Deploy machine learning models into production environments and monitor their performance over time. Design and implement scalable and efficient solutions for data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model training. Evaluate and benchmark different machine learning algorithms and techniques to improve model performance. Conduct thorough testing and validation to ensure the accuracy, reliability, and robustness of machine learning models. What do we expect from you? Master's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics or related fields. Technical Skills:Overall proficiency in Machine Learning modelingProficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or JavaFamiliarity with machine learning libraries/frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learnKnowledge of big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or KafkaExperience with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes. Cloud Computing: Familiarity with, at least, one of the main cloud platforms (AWS, GCP or Azure). Experience: 2-5 years of experience in machine learning engineering, with a proven track record of developing and deploying machine learning models in real-world applications. Industry experience: Nice to have familiarity with fintech or financial services industries. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and address technical issues quickly and efficiently. Collaboration: Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams. Good command of Italian and English language.
