Job Description:

Machine Maintenance Mechanicfor small, family-owned company in Rome, NY.

Hours: 5:30AM-2:00PM, or 7:00AM-3:30PM

Pay: $25/hr.

The Machine Mechanic must be experienced with: Tool & Die making equipment including digital & standard mills, surface grinder, and metal lathes Motors & Electrical Systems - electrically inclined/knowledgeable Advanced problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to determine repairs needed, make & install parts, and return the machine to operation Air & pneumatic systems Knowledge of tool steel & heat treating Ability to work on machine with tight tolerances of as little as. 001 to. 003 4-slide & 6-slide product machines, coining machines, and presses Programming for CNC wire forming machines Qualifications: MUST have Tool & Die machine experience to be considered Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Welding experience is a PLUS Pre-Employment background check is required Company Benefits: include 401k (with company match), Health & Life Insurance, Paid Holidays & Vacation Time
