Job DescriptionWe are seeking Machine Operators to fill opportunities on first shift working Monday through Thursday from 6 a. m. to 4 p. m. Job Duties: Setup machines for productionMix, thin compound, fill, and monitor coating headWind-up material at the back end of the machineMonitor and inspect material for defectsWork alongside Production Management, Quality Management, and Research and DevelopmentEnter data into company ERP systemReport daily to Plant and Quality ManagersOversee machine personnel and work center environmentPlan raw materials and operations of upcoming jobs on assigned work centerJob RequirementsJob qualifications: Must have a High School Diploma or GEDMust have previously worked in a production environmentManufacturing experience is preferredMust have the ability to monitor and inspect materialsMust be computer literate with accurate data entry skillsMust be safety-conscious and detail-orientedMust have a solid work history with no attendance issuesOnly candidates that can pass a background check and drug screen will be considered.
